Learning the basics on an old 35mm camera and the process for developing film in a dark room was a pivotal point in my development as a photographer. Coming from a more illustrative background, I often have a hard time identifying with the art form, especially in a day when cameras are so readily available, although I continue to explore the medium that has been significantly beneficial to my creative endeavors. Aside from the ability to utilize my photography knowledge in my professional career, I have had the opportunity to explore various subject matter from personal and concert photography to 35 mm.
